User Experience Design
Each time we recall an experience, that memory is re-recorded in our mind. Whatever the experience, it becomes more stereotyped with each repetition and reflexive in our unconscious decision making process. By crafting experiences that reward the user with pleasurable or unexpectedly delightful results, we can help products establish new memories and lock into reflex their belief in a product's 'truths'.
