Gaultier Fragrance Packaging

The Gaultier Fragrance Packaging, designed for Beauté Prestige International, is a striking exploration of equilibrium and avant-garde luxury. Developed by Streng Design, this concept reimagines the traditional perfume bottle as a dynamic, tilted sculptural form that appears to balance precariously on a single point.

The vessel is crafted from heavy, translucent light-blue glass, creating a prismatic effect with the liquid fragrance inside. Complementing this unique geometry is a separate, matte-black "dab-on" applicator. This tool features a conical, tapered grip and a soft applicator tip, encouraging a more intimate and precise ritual of scent application. By deconstructing the bottle and its delivery system into two distinct objects, the design emphasizes the tactile relationship between the user and the fragrance, staying true to Jean Paul Gaultier's legacy of provocative and innovative design.
